Hello, my name is Liesl, and I am a Dance Performance major at Southern Utah University. I enjoy reading, hiking, cooking, and performing with the Junior Ballet here in Cedar City. During my time at SUU, I noticed that many of my fellow dancers wished they had greater flexibility, and that they wanted to spend more time stretching. To fill this need, I thought it would be a great idea to start the Dynamic Stretching Club, and to teach different stretches in the meetings. This website is all about my efforts, and what I've learned from the process.
